Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website st8zero.com and any purchase of products from ST8 Global LLC ("ST8," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from ST8. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product. CODE ZERO is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging, serving sizes, or pricing at any time. Material changes to subscription products will be communicated to active subscribers in advance.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on st8zero.com are in the currency presented at checkout for your region. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.
4. Subscription Terms
How subscriptions work
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise ST8 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the subscription interval selected at checkout, until you cancel. Your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current subscription price.
Billing
Your first charge occurs at the time of your initial order. Subsequent charges occur on your renewal date, which is set relative to your first order date. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. You may cancel by:
- Logging into your account at st8zero.com and managing your subscription
- Emailing kevin@st8zero.com with your order number and cancellation request
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for any portion of the current billing period unless a charge processed within 7 days of your cancellation request.
Pausing and skipping
Where available through your account portal, you may pause or skip an upcoming renewal. Contact us if you need assistance.
Price changes
We will give you at least 30 days notice of any price change to your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return practices are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on st8zero.com, including text, images, logos, product names, the "CODE ZERO" name, the "Start when you normally wouldn't" tagline, and all associated brand elements, are the intellectual property of ST8 Global LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
- Resell our products without express written authorisation
- Make false or misleading statements about our products
- Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of our site or products
8. Health and Safety Disclaimer
CODE ZERO is a dietary supplement intended for healthy adults. Before using this product, consult a qualified healthcare provider if you:
- Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
- Have a pre-existing medical condition
- Are taking prescription or over-the-counter medications
- Have known allergies to any listed ingredients
Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reactions. This product is not intended for persons under 18.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ST8 Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us first at kevin@st8zero.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on our website. Your continued use of our site or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
